Romantische Gitarrenklänge in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Zwischen Seenplatte und Ostseeküste, inmitten weiter Landschaften und historischer Sieddlungen, lädt der international ausgezeichnete Gitarrist Stefan Grasse zu einer besonderen Konzertreihe in ausgewählten Kirchen ein.

Im Zentrum steht die romantische und impressionistische Musik für klassische Gitarre. Neben eigenen neo-klassischen Kompositionen – inspiriert von Natur, Weite und Licht der Region – erklingen Werke von Erik Satie und Heitor Villa-Lobos.

Die Musik Erik Saties besticht durch ihre schlichte, meditative Klarheit und entfaltet eine stille, zeitlose Intensität. Heitor Villa-Lobos hingegen lässt farbenreiche Klanglandschaften entstehen – mit schwebenden Harmonien, feinen rhythmischen Impulsen und poetischer Ausdruckskraft.

„Kirchen · Seen · Musik“ eröffnet Klangräume voller Atmosphäre und Poesie – intensiv, berührend und ganz dem Zauber des Augenblicks gewidmet.

Set between the Lake District and the Baltic Sea coast, amidst vast landscapes and historic settlements, the internationally acclaimed guitarist Stefan Grasse invites you to a special series of concerts in selected churches.

The focus is on Romantic and Impressionist music for classical guitar. Alongside his own neo-classical compositions – inspired by the region’s nature, vastness and light – works by Erik Satie and Heitor Villa-Lobos will be performed.

Erik Satie’s music captivates with its simple, meditative clarity and unfolds a quiet, timeless intensity. Heitor Villa-Lobos, on the other hand, creates richly coloured soundscapes – with floating harmonies, subtle rhythmic impulses and poetic expressiveness.

‘Churches · Lakes · Music’ opens up soundscapes full of atmosphere and poetry – intense, moving and entirely devoted to the magic of the moment.

Concerts last about 50 min.
